As the semester draws to a close, the MC public safety office is hard at work making sure we can finish safely. 

From Oct. 3, 2020, to Oct. 31, 2020, the campus safety officers made a total of 36 dispatches. Many of this past month’s calls were service-oriented, to offer assistance or information. Five walkthroughs, six miscellaneous alarms, and five assistance dispatches occurred. 

Three medical calls were made: one case was closed, and the other two cases refused medical treatment.  Three vehicle accidents occurred: one was referred to an outside agency, one was closed, and one that took place in the parking garage is still under investigation. 

Four narcotics dispatches occurred, all of which were referred to the MC Judicial Council.
